MINIMAX INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (3:30-6:00)

We are an international school located about 5 minutes (walk) from Meguro Station.
We are an easy going group of teachers that enjoy each other’s company and work hard together to create fun and valuable lessons for our students.
We are looking for part-time teachers who will fit well into our little family, and who can bring a new energy to what we have already wonderfully created.
The GOAL of our school is to create well rounded students who not only have knowledge about where they come from, but also are knowledgeable and appreciative of other countries successes, cultures, and viewpoint.
Hopefully learning this information in a fun way will help them become valuable members of society who will impact the future of this world for the better.

Below is a more detailed information of what the job entails.
There are 2 time slots to choose from so when you have time please read the advertisement until the end to have a better understanding of the differences.

3:30 – 6:00 CONTRACT
Teachers will have a minimum employment of 3 months to 1 year. (Dependent on their performance)
The employment contract can be extended indefinitely.

SALARY
During the 1st probationary period (which is 2 week, no less than 10 working days) and the 2nd probationary period (roughly 3 months) the hourly pay will be 2,000 yen plus no more than 1,000 yen transportation daily. The hourly salary can be negotiated after the 2nd probationary period has ended.

TEACHING SCHEDULE
At the least, 3 days a week. Preferred is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Time: 3:30 – 6:00 (can be negotiated)

Elementary students. Ages 6 to 12.

EIKEN TEST

LOCATION
We are a 5 minute walk from Meguro station on the Yamanote Line, Mita line, Nanboku line or Meguro line.

MINIMUM TEACHER REQUIREMENTS
1- Native level of English.
2- Proper working visa required.

CLASS INFORMATION
We are a school who caters to teaching Japanese children English.
We have a 10 year program, with students starting at 2 years old and graduating at 12 years old.
Within the 10 year program there are 5 programs, and the students will be separated into groups based on the program that they are in (not by age, but by their English ability).

LOCATION
